New To Yoga

Just Getting Started? Don't be nervous everyone has to start somewhere so we're making it easy. From the very young to the very old, from the very stiff to the very flexible, everyone can practice yoga. Just begin wherever you are. We have a lot of great resources as well as some suggestions below to help get you on your way to a happy and safe practice:

Get Started

  1. Begin with Foundations 1 (view schedule) class. Let the teacher know that you are new to the studio and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
  2. Do your research. Check out our practice notes, asana page, and review these helpful guidelines for studio etiquette.
