Richard Freeman's Intensives
Each year Richard offers various courses that are taught in an “intensive” format. In these courses we meet daily to practice asana and experience the internal and external forms of the poses. We also explore other limbs of yoga including chanting, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, therapeutics and Indian Philosophies.
